Do I need good credit to qualify?

No. Go Direct's financing program doesn't require a credit check or proof of income. Approval is based on our own internal review. We're extending payment terms directly to you as a customer — there's no bank or financing company involved.

How much is the deposit?

A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total project cost is required before work begins. No scheduling, material ordering, or mobilization happens until the deposit is received and cleared.

How are monthly payments processed?

All financed payments are processed automatically on the agreed schedule using a debit card, credit card, or ACH bank account on file. You'll authorize the full payment schedule in writing before work starts, so you always know exactly when payments will be charged and for how much.

What happens if a payment is missed?

If a scheduled payment doesn't process on the due date, a late fee of $35 or 5% of the overdue installment (whichever is greater) may be applied. We'll also need an updated payment method on file before work continues. We'd always rather work things out directly — if you anticipate an issue with a payment, reach out to us before the due date.

Is the deposit refundable if I change my mind?

No — the 20% deposit is non-refundable once received. It covers the cost of scheduling, material ordering, and mobilization that begins as soon as your deposit clears. We're transparent about this upfront so there are no misunderstandings.
