We come out, assess the job, and give you a clear, upfront price before any work begins. If the project qualifies for financing, we'll walk you through your options on the spot.

Put 20% Down

A 20% deposit is required to get the project scheduled and materials ordered. Once your deposit is received, we lock in your start date and get to work.

Pay the Balance Over Time

The remaining balance is split into equal monthly payments over an agreed term — up to 12 months at 0% interest. Payments are processed automatically on a schedule you approve in writing before work begins.

In-House Plan Terms

0% Interest for Up to 12 Months

Qualifying projects can be financed interest-free for up to 12 months. The payment term is determined based on the size and scope of the job.

No Credit Check Required

Financing approval is based on Go Direct's internal review, not your credit score. We're a family-owned business extending payment terms directly to our customers, without involving a third-party lender.

Autopay Required

All financed balances are paid via automatic payment using a debit card, credit card, or ACH bank account. You'll authorize the payment schedule in writing before any work begins, no surprises on your statement.

Available on Qualifying Projects

Financing is available on select larger-ticket services, including sewer line replacement, trenchless sewer repair, water line replacement, and other qualifying jobs. Ask your technician or call us to find out if your project qualifies.

What projects qualify for financing?

Financing is available on larger-scope jobs approved by Go Direct — typically sewer line replacements, trenchless repairs, water line work, and other higher-ticket services. Not every job will qualify, but if yours does, we'll let you know when we present your estimate. Call us at 303-288-0039 if you want to ask before scheduling.

Do I need good credit to qualify?

No. Go Direct's financing program doesn't require a credit check or proof of income. Approval is based on our own internal review. We're extending payment terms directly to you as a customer — there's no bank or financing company involved. If you'd rather use Wisetack for a longer term, that option requires a quick credit application through Wisetack, and checking your options won't affect your credit score.

How much is the deposit?

A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total project cost is required before work begins. No scheduling, material ordering, or mobilization happens until the deposit is received and cleared.

How are monthly payments processed?

All financed payments are processed automatically on the agreed schedule using a debit card, credit card, or ACH bank account on file. You'll authorize the full payment schedule in writing before work starts, so you always know exactly when payments will be charged and for how much.

What happens if a payment is missed?

If a scheduled payment doesn't process on the due date, a late fee of $35 or 5% of the overdue installment (whichever is greater) may be applied. We'll also need an updated payment method on file before work continues. We'd always rather work things out directly — if you anticipate an issue with a payment, reach out to us before the due date.

Is the deposit refundable if I change my mind?

No — the 20% deposit is non-refundable once received. It covers the cost of scheduling, material ordering, and mobilization that begins as soon as your deposit clears. We're transparent about this upfront so there are no misunderstandings.
