About Our Parker Service

Most Parker homes have newer PVC sewer lines, so the common problems are sags, offset joints and debris rather than broken clay pipe. Parker Water serves much of the town but not all of it, so we confirm your water provider and permits before starting.

Most Parker homes have newer PVC sewer lines, so the trouble we find is rarely broken clay pipe. It is usually a sag, an offset joint or debris that has built up in the line. Go Direct Services handles sewer line repair in Parker, plus water line replacement and sewer camera inspections, for homes from Downtown Parker to Stroh Ranch, Canterberry Crossing and Antelope Heights.

We are a family-owned contractor based in Commerce City. Every job starts with a camera, and every estimate is free and in writing.

Clog or broken pipe? What drives sewer line repair in Parker

With PVC, the questions are different than in older cities. The pipe almost never rots or crumbles. Instead, it can move, and anything that slows the flow lets debris pile up.

Debris buildup

Wipes, grease, paper and things that should never be flushed all end up in the sewer line. In a pipe with good slope, most of it washes through. Where flow slows down, it collects and packs into a blockage.

“Flushable” wipes are a frequent culprit. They hold together far longer than toilet paper and snag on any rough spot in the pipe.

Sags

A sag is a low section where the pipe dropped as the ground beneath it settled. Water sits there, and solids settle out of it. A sag is often the reason debris keeps building up in the same place.

Offset joints

An offset joint happens when one section of pipe shifts against the next. The edge it leaves inside the pipe catches paper and wipes. If the joint opens up, it can also let in water and roots.

When should a Parker homeowner worry about the main line?

Some symptoms point to a single fixture. Others point to the main sewer line that serves the whole house.

  • More than one drain is slow at the same time
  • Water comes up in a floor drain or tub when you run the washer or flush
  • Clogs come back within weeks of a drain cleaning
  • A toilet gurgles when another fixture drains
  • A sewage smell outside near the clean-out
  • For the water line: weak pressure throughout the house, or a wet area in the yard during dry weather

If it’s just one sink, start there. If it’s the whole house, it’s time to look at the main.

Cleaning, spot repair or replacement: how we decide

A $99 camera inspection settles the question. We record the line end to end and show you where any sag, offset or blockage sits.

  • Debris only, pipe in good shape. Drain cleaning is $280. For heavy grease or packed debris, hydro jetting runs about $1,000 and scours the pipe walls.
  • A sag or offset in one place. A spot repair fixes that section. We often install a clean-out at the same time, so future cleaning and camera work are easier. See our spot repair and clean-out guide.
  • Problems along the whole run. Full sewer line replacement is often the better long-term value.

We’ll tell you when cleaning will only buy time. A sag that keeps catching debris will keep clogging until the pipe itself is fixed.

Is pipe bursting an option for a Parker sewer line?

Pipe bursting is a trenchless way to replace a sewer line. We dig a small pit at each end, pull a bursting head through the old pipe to break it apart, and pull new seamless pipe in behind it.

A continuous new pipe means far fewer joints along the replaced run, which removes many of the spots where offsets start. It also spares driveways, patios and landscaping from a long trench.

One limit: the new pipe follows the old path and grade. If the line’s main problem is a sag, digging and correcting the slope is usually the right fix. We do not do pipe lining. Read more about trenchless pipe bursting.

Water line replacement in Parker: who is your water provider?

Parker Water serves much of the town, but not all of it. Before we start, we confirm your water provider and the permits your job needs, so you don’t have to chase that down.

Signs your water service line is failing include low pressure at every faucet, a bill that rises without a change in use, and a wet spot that stays wet. If the leak is hidden, we do exploratory leak excavation to locate it.

When the line has more than one problem, replacing it end to end usually makes more sense than patching. Learn more about our water line repair and replacement.

Warranties and ways to pay

Our written warranties transfer to a new owner if you sell. Full sewer or water line replacement carries 20 years. Trenchless pipe bursting carries 10 years, and spot repairs carry 3–5 years.

Qualifying jobs can use our in-house plan: 0% for up to 12 months, 20% down, no credit check and autopay. Larger jobs can be paid monthly through Wisetack, subject to credit approval. Ask about both when you get your estimate.

Go Direct also serves nearby Lone Tree and Castle Rock.

Parker sewer line FAQ

Are flushable wipes really a problem for my sewer line?

They can be. Wipes don’t break down like toilet paper, and they snag on sags and offset joints. Over time they build into a blockage.

How often should my sewer line be jetted?

Only as often as it needs it. If you need jetting more than once a year, the camera usually finds a reason, like a sag or offset. Fixing that can cost less over time than repeat cleaning.

Is Parker Water my water provider?

Parker Water serves much of the town, but not all of it. We confirm your provider and permits before work starts.

Can you add a clean-out to my line?

Yes. We install clean-outs, often as part of a spot repair. A clean-out gives easier access for future cleaning and camera inspections.

Can I see the problem before I agree to a repair?

Yes. We record the camera inspection and walk you through the video, so you see the sag, offset or blockage yourself.

Will replacing the line fix a sag for good?

Open-trench replacement lets us re-lay the pipe at the correct slope. Pipe bursting follows the old grade, so it is not the fix for a sag.
